District 7 Speech - Language Pathologists
A Speech-Language Pathologist provides services for school-age children with communication disorders that adversely affect children’s educational performance in the areas of classroom education, social interaction, literacy, and learning. A student’s services are dependent upon their needs. SLPs work with students in a variety of ways: prevention, assessment, monitoring, consulting, services in the classroom, pull-out services, and small group or individual services.
